Au cours des vingt dernières années, Coficab s’est implantée sur le marché international en construisant des usines ultramodernes au Portugal (Guarda) en 1993, au Maroc (Tanger) en 2001,  en Roumanie (Arad) en 2005 et en Tunisie (Medjez El Bab) en 2009.

Ingénieur Industriel

Coficab Tanger recrute un ingénieur industriel pour le poste production spécial câble specialist.
Profil : BAC+5 Ingénieur génie Industriel , très bonne maîtrise du français et anglais
Mission :
Diriger les activités d’ordonnancement des câbles spéciaux, surveiller l’exécution des programmes, surveiller les performances de production, soutenir l’équipe d’exécution dans la résolution des problèmes, vérifier l’organisation et la propreté des zones de travail, élabore les projets de production, les processus, les instructions et systèmes afin de répondre à des objectifs de câbles spéciaux.
Attributions :
-Mettre en œuvre l’organisation, les politiques, les processus, les procédures, les instructions, les aides visuelles, les systèmes d’information et les projets d’amélioration croisée des unités de câbles spéciaux conformément aux normes de l’entreprise.
-Diriger les activités de planification en coordination avec le département logistique, tel que l’analyse du programme de production, le développement détaillé du calendrier des câbles spéciaux, l’allocation des ordres de production.                                                                                     
-Surveiller les progrès quotidiens du programme de câbles spéciaux, définir et entreprendre des mises à jour programmées appropriées pour assurer la disponibilité des produits, des résultats de qualité et de temps optimisés.                                                                                       
-Collecter et analyser les données de production, vérifier les paramètres de processus , identifier les paramètres potentiels des discontinuités ,proposer et mettre en œuvre des actions correctives immédiates en déployant des techniques de résolution rapide des problèmes.                                                          
-Suivre de près l’exécution de la production dans l’atelier, diagnostiquer les problèmes signalés au sein des unités de câbles spéciaux (réparation, rupture de fil, organisation des zones de travail et nettoyage (5S), etc.), définir et soutenir l’équipe de production, Mettre en œuvre et surveille les résultats sur le terrain du plan d’actions définies.

 Logistics Manager 

As Logistics Manager your job purpose is to Plan oversee and coordinate all Logistics activities and operations, such as Logistics Department budgeting and planning, procurement, production planning, inventory and warehouse management, scrap management, packaging management, customer coordination, picking, shipment and transportation.
The position is based in our location in COFICAB Tanger.
You Key Challenges are to:
  • Oversee and monitor the inventory management process of finished goods, sub-finished goods, raw material, consumables and packages. Plan and supervise cycle inventory and participate in legal inventory count. Assure proper storage conditions in order to respect quality, health and safety requirements. Define clearly locations and check storage capacity for optimization.           
  • Oversee customer forecast reliability analysis. Deal with customers priorities and treat logistics claims.
  • Validate production planning following customer’s forecasts and order priorities to meet capacity adequacy and production requirements.
  • Monitor Consumable & Packaging inventory level and validate defined need and purchasing requisitions (PR). Review and validate monthly copper need and hedged quantities’ adjustments. Oversee MRP calculation and validate quantities readjusted if needed. Supervise delivery planning and recommend actions to optimize suppliers service OTIF and ensure continuity of supply in emergency scenarios. Assure empty packaging coverage by following up PR and monitoring packaging balance with customer.
  • Validate and follow up delivery plan based on customer orders to optimize transport cost, transit time & pick/pack/loading time. Follow up delivery accuracy On-Time-In Full and define actions if needed. Validate fleet maintenance plan and recommend measures to improve conditions of fleet.
Educational Requirements:
  • Master’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Management, Supply Chain Management or related fields
  • Engineering degree (industrial, generalist or polytechnics engineer)
Required Experience:
  • 3 to 5 years in Logistics or supply chain manager position

Plant Quality Manager

Job Purpose:
As a Plant Quality Manager you will be responsible for planning overseeing and coordinating all Quality activities and operations, such as Quality Department budgeting and planning, Quality System Management, process control and product assurance, customer satisfaction (claim Management & evaluation), Metrology and audit activities in order to meet quality standards and target performance.
You Key Challenges are to:
  • Oversee Quality System Management activities such as managing all the standards, policies, procedures and local documents in accordance with quality and environment manual. Monitors, approves and shares documents review, under the updated revision in line with OEM’s standards, Corporate Quality Management System and/or customer requirements. oversee the metrology activity to meet the SMQ guide lines
  • Supervise raw materials technical incoming inspection, semi-finished and finished goods conformity in accordance with Procedures, control plans and methods. Monitor incoming non-conformity management and supplier’s performance.
  • Oversee and monitor the process parameters according to the definitions (Cable definitions, process instructions…). Manages process parameters deviations requests.
  • Oversee the respect of control plans and the application of the methods and instructions for measuring and monitoring manufactured cables characteristics during all the different steps of production. Follows up, product assurance results, product acceptance/rejection and manages the rework process activities. Manages product deviation requests.
  • Oversee customer’s claims management process by issuing on time the 3D & 8D reports including root causes analysis. Assure the implementation of the action plan in order to guarantee high level of customer satisfaction. Assure effective and proactive customer support during the visits, audits or workshops for problem solving and improvement proposals. Communicate customer evaluation results to concerned parts and follow up on the improvement plans.
  • Coordinate, Validate and monitor internal and external audits activities. Oversee action plans progress, follow up and Measures defined corrective actions effectiveness in order to ensure Quality System coherence, manufacturing processes compatibility and customer requirements.
Educational Requirements:
  • Master’s degree in Quality Management/Assurance, manufacturing engineering, industrial and technical fields (mechanic & electric)
  • Engineering degree (industrial, mechanical)
Required Experience:
3 to 5 years in Quality
