APM Terminals recrute 15 Profils (Casablanca Tanger) Vertical Equipment Supervisor •Assist Management in supervising terminal asset personnel to adhere to established policies for inspection and maintenance and repair by ensuring all company policies and procedures are followed. •Advises on the procurement of parts, supplies, tools and machinery. •Advises 3rd party engineering for services not performed in house. •Consulting with Vertical Equipment Engineer and making recommendations on ARMG and quay crane maintenance strategy •Advising in budget making processes pertaining to quay crane maintenance operations. •Facilitating and participating in periodic inspections and audits of company assets, equipment and facilities to ensure safe, efficient, effective and compliant maintenance operations. •Identifying potential safety hazards and taking appropriate action to ensure personnel safety. Including lock out tag out (LOTO), working at heights, hot works and working in confined space. •Investigating and evaluating cause, extent and financial impacts of damage to equipment involved in accidents and documents future preventative procedures and guidelines.

Horizontal Equipment Supervisor – M&R Analyze current procedures and activities to identify and present opportunities for improvement of the workshop. • Ensure that the department is adequately staffed to achieve objectives, and that technicians are aware of procedures for using new products and equipment. • Facilitate the orientation of new team members by familiarizing them with work surroundings, explaining work hours, procedures, use of equipment and job expectations and ensure that new team members understand their respective duties. • Maintain good relationships with operations. • Ensure adequate maintenance of tools, equipment and other materials in the Service Area. • Facilitate the training and development of team members in the department, by providing feedback and coaching to support improvements in their job performance. • Conduct annual Performance Appraisal for Workshop Personnel. • Provide advice and technical assistance to team members. • Evaluate the impact of work delays, interruptions or changes in plans to develop appropriate course of actions. • Monitor workflow to anticipate impact of delays due to team members being absent for leaves, holidays or sickness. • Review and inspect the quality of a technician repairs before the release of vehicles. • Review work orders to ensure that all actions have been documented according to CMMS policies and procedures. • Plan and adjust the workloads of department personnel to match their skills and abilities. • Assist the Maintenance and Repair department in managing 3rd party contractors, preparing budgets and aligning M&R strategy.
Operations Supervisor •Manage, motivate and instruct operational team members •Structure tasks and goals, and establish efficient courses of action, set priorities, organise information, efficiently execute daily tasks with considerations for high productivity through the effective allocation and utilisation of equipment and labour. •Responsible under the direction of the Execution Manager for the allocation and control of shift operational staff and the effective utilization of equipment resources to meet planned objectives •Responsible for maintaining a satisfactory level of staff discipline during the shift and report to Execution Manager in cases of any violations. •Ensure that safe working practices according to TM2 policies and procedures are strictly adhered to •Supervise vessel berthing / sailing and mooring gang operations. •Act as focal point to the vessel, yard and gate for any stevedoring issues •Coordinate the allocation of outsourced shuttle carriers operators and provide adequate supervision •Allocation of lashing gangs to specific vessels and responsibility for ensuring unlashing/lashing work is done according to the work plan and to a satisfactory standard.

M&R Planner •Maximize equipment availability and reliability through using planned maintenance technique effectively. •Quickly return equipment to design capability through using planned maintenance strategies. •Report and analyse equipment logs for planning activities. •Maximize operational profit margin through systems, tools and processes designed to efficiently manage terminal fleet and assets. •Works as directed for M&R Management team
HSSE Manager Your key responsibilities will be as the following: – Collaborate with the Business Partner community (Leadership Team) to co-create an HSSE vision, strategy and improvement plan, considering the regulatory framework, risk profile, compliance level and business drivers. – Challenging and supporting business decisions with analytical rigor, insights and judgments to ensure HSSE perspectives are regarded when decisions are made. – Acting as a catalyst between the Business and HSSE so there is synchronized thinking and an understanding of each other’s’ information requirements, challenges and priorities. – Locally & globally collaborating with specialist teams to develop a culture of personnel safety, provide feedback & help to identify continuous improvement opportunities. – Provide a framework within which performance against the HSSE agenda can be monitored, awareness can be raised on risks to the business, support and traction can be obtained for resolution of issues via quantitative and qualitative HSSE leading and lagging data. – Ensure execution of the strategy and vision of the Business Unit, with a special focus on contractors’ management, risk management, incidents investigation and assurance programs at a tactical level. – Build a strong team by attracting & retaining talent, leading and coaching the team to deliver through a business partnering model fostering interdepartmental collaboration.
Shift Engineer •Follow-up and ensure the execution of emergency work for the terminal equipment •Submit routine and critical inspection and monitoring reports by ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is logged. •Ensure that emergency work is followed up by reporting to the repair Maintenance Manager. •Assume additional responsibility for maintenance in the absence of maintenance supervisors •Carry out those duties assigned by the repair Manager •Ensure that the department is adequately staffed to achieve objectives, and that technicians are aware of procedures for using new products and equipment. •Facilitate the orientation of new team members by familiarizing them with work surroundings, explaining work hours, procedures, use of equipment and job expectations and ensure that new team members understand their respective duties. • Maintain good relationships with operations. •Ensure adequate maintenance of tools, equipment and other materials in the Service Area.
Gate Clerk •Liaise closely with users of the automated gates as well as shipping lines to ensure smooth service delivery while maintaining the transactions secured and operations safe. •Attend and handle exceptions related with containers delivery and receival •Ensure safe working conditions are kept. •Provide regular process control checks. •Promote good relationship with customers, truck drivers, agencies, customs and other bodies. •Follow up customs procedures. •Contribute suggestions to improve existing methodologies, processes and measurements when executing duties on an ongoing basis to improve efficiencies at the gate.
Resources Planner •Ensure labor is efficiently planned and ordered according to the operational requirements and legislative approvals •Prepare shift rosters for fixed and flexible staff •Record and report lateness, sick leaves, absenteeism… •Ensure annual leaves for all operations employees are planned and consumed as per target •Provide operations staff on shift with administrative documentation from HR department •Support the distribution events for shift employees when required •Manage operations equipment such as ops cars and vessel mobile phones •Support the implementation of the Labor Management System through testing and procedures setting
Import Customer Service Agent •Take full responsibility for customer experience by managing the end-to-end shipment process in compliance with all company procedures and regulatory requirements for Import/Export areas. •Be fully responsible for customer satisfaction, own, manage all customer facing activities. •As part of Commercial Intelligence – build strong relationships with customers, gain an understanding for their business, service needs, drivers and desires and leverage this to engage in discussions about new business opportunities and competitor/market intelligence. •Ensure smooth execution of the whole shipment lifecycle, by working closely with customers and internal support groups to achieve customer satisfaction goals through pro-active resolution handling and Issue resolution ownership. •Understand and be familiar with local KPIs and act in line with set targets. Drive continuous improvements opportunities. •Work actively with other departments and Maersk offices in other regions. •Monitor agreed service levels.
Operations planner Vessel Planning: -Assume responsibility for the entire Cargo Control Process. -Process various vessel related EDIs and follow up on their timely submission as applicable. -Ensure that the load-lists are finalized in time prior to the vessel ETA. Clarify issues with the shipping lines to mitigate disputes. -Interact closely with the shipping lines regarding additional changes after set cut-off time has passed. -Ensure a timely delivery of Terminal Report per vessel call, and prepare pre billing file Yard Planning: -Ensure container decking is planned to follow strictly the set yard strategy. -Maintain all yard planning related parameters /settings in the Terminal Operating System (TOS) to ensure smooth execution of operations. -Provide alternative plan in case of deviation /exception during execution to ensure with the aim of adhering to the yard strategy and established standards -Work closely with the yard strategist and other planning staff to ensure plans are coordinated and provide best possible performance to the operations as a whole.
Berth Planner Vessel Planning: -Assume responsibility for the entire Berth Planning process. -Ensure optimal DSTS deployment to maximize berth utilization in close communication with HOC, Execution manager, Planning Manager, Technical Manager, Resources Planner. -Ensure optimal berthing positions/sequences in coordination with the Yard Strategist ensuring tidal and safety restrictions are respected. -Interact closely with the shipping lines regarding additional changes after set cut-off time has passed. -Ensure a timely delivery of berth plans to internal and external stakeholders. -Ensure close collaboration with the relevant counter parts at Hub Operations Centre (HOC) and the Global Stowage Planners. -Play as key contact of the terminal at HOC premises if/when relocated. -Handle Port Authority berth requests in close coordination with execution manager. -Keep the berth systems updated. -Monitor and update berthing and sailing times of operated vessels based on operations development and assess the impact on the berth sequence. -Maintain a continuous improvement mindset by actively seeking ways to reduce wastes in operations through a better planning. -Work hand in hand with other sections of the operations to achieve the department wide goals. -Act as an active member of the HOC and actively collaborate with all functions therein to ensure smooth berth planning and execution.
