SHEA Coordinator / Coordinateur QHSE Jorf H/F in Jorf, Morocco

The SHEA Coordinator will be responsible for the following programs, activities, and reporting:
  • Ensure Job Safety and Environmental Analyses are being conducted as required.
  • Monitor completion data to assure our work force is current with all required safety training for Flowserve and our customers.
  • Evaluate operational practices to determine methods to eliminate or control workplace hazards.
  • Prepare SHEA metrics for use at multiple levels of the organization.
  • Oversee day-to-day compliance with programs such as Hearing Conservation, Hazardous Waste Management, PPE, LOTO, New Hire Orientation, and Industrial Hygiene.
  • Lead facility safety committee by selecting members, conducting training, coordinating activities and empowering members to develop and obtain specific safety goals and objectives.
  • Daily communication of SHEA related topics. Lead the investigation and completed documentation of any safety or process event (root cause analysis).
  • Recommend and implement resolutions. ·
  • Enhance safety and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
  • ISO 9001:2015 – Be the local Quality Administrator and lead ISO 9001:2015 business system.
  • Record, follow up and analyse NCR’s / COPQ / CAR’s (Quality KPI’s).
  • Analyses need to be part of accountability meeting and management review. Certified Internal ISO 9001:2015 auditor
Preferences:
This position usually requires the following:
  • Minimum of 3- 5 years’ experience in Safety and Quality in an industrial environnement
  • Bachelor’s degree to Master degree in Engineering with specialization on EH&S related field
  • Familiarity and experience with federal and local regulations
  • Experience with OSHA standards compliance
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality with personally sensitive information
  • Ability to compile technical data and prepare technical and analytical reports
  • Strong attention to detail Skilled in communicating ideas and instructions clearly
  • Must demonstrate strong organization skills
  • Ability to manage time and prioritize projects Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications
  • Must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills in English, appropriate for all levels of an organization

Technicien réparation pompe Safi H/F in Safi, Morocco

Position Description:
Dans le cadre du développement du Groupe Flowserve au Maroc au travers d’un partenariat avec l’OCP et en support des activités après-vente auprès des clients Marocains utilisateurs d’équipements de pompage , l’Entreprise recrute un Technicien Réparations Pompes Centrifuges Hydrauliques localisé sur Safi sous la responsabilité directe du responsable d’atelier de Safi .
Au sein du Centre de Réparation (Quick Response Center ), la mission principale du poste consiste à réparer les équipements rotatifs, principalement de type pompe centrifuges, suivant des gammes, instructions et documents techniques clairement définis, suivant le niveau de délai attendu par le client. Flowserve accorde beaucoup d’importance au niveau de qualité proposé dans le cadre des réparations et services réalisés dans l’ensemble des Quick Response Center. En particulier, Flowserve utilise un système de suivi informatique des réparations, qui intègre les informations constatées per le personnel d’atelier.
Dans ce contexte, vous devrez :
  • Préparer les documents, les outils et le matériel de mesure nécessaires à l’inspection;
  • Coordonner ou réaliser les opérations de contrôle des pompes afin de définir la liste des pièces à réparer ou remplacer, les composants défectueux ou les pièces usées;
  • Consigner les informations visuelles, dimensionnelles et les constats sur pièces dans un rapport papier ou informatique;
  • Analyser les gammes et préparer les documents, les outils et le matériel de mesure nécessaires à l’exécution des opérations d’assemblage, de remontage et de contrôle;
  • Réaliser des opérations spécifiques telles que l’équilibrage ou la vérification des étanchéités par essai hydrostatique;
  • Travailler en collaboration avec les monteurs mécaniciens, et mécaniciens de l’atelier.
A l’occasion, vous serez amené à effectuer des réparations et des interventions
Position Requirements:
De formation en mécanique (BAC+2 minimim), vous disposez d’une expérience de 5 ans minimum dans le domaine mécanique et des machines tournantes sur un poste alliant technique et analyse de premier niveau. Vous êtes attentif aux aspect sécurité et à la qualité du travail effectué dans les règles de l’art.
Vous êtes à l’aise avec les outils de contrôle qualité et métrologie: palmer, micromètre, pied à coulisse..
